Santa Barbara Beautiful promotes neighborhood beautification projects.

The Neighborhood Pride Program provides interested residents with an opportunity to improve their neighborhoods. Neighborhood Pride works to improve blighted areas i.e. combat litter; remove graffiti; plant street trees or median ground cover. Neighborhood groups interested in participating in this program may submit a proposal.
